In the documentary, they go over two primary documents, “A Recommended National Program In Weather Modification" and "Owning the Weather in 2025." The effects of weather on radar and wireless communications are some of the other reasons for Chemtrails.
Aerosol spraying increases the effectiveness and range of wireless communications and also improves the dissemination of satellites, radars, GPS, WIFI, and relay antennas. Precipitations in the atmosphere such as rain, snow, or fog, can significantly reduce the radar signals and contribute to the background noises. One rule of thumb is the higher the frequency of the radar, the greater the attenuation.
The documentary goes over the Pathogen agents found in the polymer filaments, which are Fungi, bacteria, and viruses. Also discussed were the French studies conducted by a certified lab, which had found a link between the aviation fuel and the fallout of the polymer filaments.

According to the documentary, the Earth’s temperatures has risen only half a degree Celsius since the 19th Century. The rise began before 1940, during the time where industrial production was at a point where it was relatively insignificant. Temperatures should have risen during the economic boom in theory, but had not.
CO2 is a subtle part of the atmosphere, accounts for just 0.04%. The percentage of humans producing CO2 is even a smaller percentage of greenhouse gases, where 95% of that is water vapor and by far the most important.
According to the documentary, greenhouse works like this: the sun sends its heat down to earth. If it weren’t for the greenhouse gases, this solar radiation would bounce back into space leaving the planet cold and uninhabitable. Greenhouse gas traps the escaping heat in the earth's troposphere, a few miles above the surface of the earth. It's here according to the climate models that the rate of warming should be highest if it's greenhouse gas that is causing it.
Professor John Christie, a scientist primarily responsible for measuring temperature in the Earth’s atmosphere. In 1991, he received NASA’s medal for exceptional scientific achievement. In 1996, a special award from the American Meteorological Society for fundamentally advancing our ability to monitor climate and the lead author on the UNs Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

In the documentary, ‘An Inconvenient Truth’ Al Gore says that the relationship between CO2 and temperature is complicated but does not state those complications. Prof. Ian Clarke, a leading Arctic paleoclimatologist says that they use isotopes within the ice core to reconstruct temperatures.
The atmosphere trapped inside is what they liberate and look at the CO2 content. The ice core data that Al Gore had stated and forgot to mention was that the CO2 has a lag time of about 800 years. There have been several major ice core analysis done, and they show the same thing. Temperature rises or falls and the CO2 follows.
The ice core samples clearly show that CO2 is not causing the temperature changes. CO2 is a natural gas produced by all living things.
Humans are not the primary source of CO2, but a small percentage in the single digits out of the whole, which amounts to 6.5 Gigatons annually. Volcanoes produce more CO2 than planes, factories, cars, and other man-made CO2 sources combined each year. Animals and bacteria produce even more than volcanoes, 150 gigatons per year. Dying vegetation produces a larger percentage of CO2 than animals and bacteria. Oceans are the biggest producers of CO2.
Professor Carl Wunsch, Dept. of Oceanography at MIT, has been a visiting professor at Harvard and the University College of London. He was also a Senior visiting professor at the University of Cambridge in physics and mathematics and the author of four textbooks on Oceanography.

ocean is a major reservoir as to where CO2 goes when it comes out of the
atmosphere or to from where it is readmitted into the atmosphere. If
you heat the surface of the ocean, it tends to release CO2. If you cool
the ocean, it can dissolve more CO2.”
The reason why there is such a time lag of CO2 going into and out of the sea is because our oceans are so big and so deep. They take hundreds of years to warm up or cool down. This lag is what scientists call a memory of temperature changes. The ocean has a memory lagging back as far as 10,000 years.
According to Dr. Piers Corbyn - Climate Forecaster, Weather Action, the study of sunspots by astronomers from around the world was done hundreds of years ago. They would watch the Sun and count the number of sunspots. They believed more spots heralded warmer weather. In 1893, the British astronomer Edward Walter Maunder observed during the little ice age that there were barely any sunspots. A period of solar inactivity became known as Maunder Minimum.
In 1991 senior scientists at the Danish Meteorological Institute decided to compile a record of sunspots in the 20th century and compare it with the temperature record. They found a very close correlation as to what the sun was doing and the temperatures on Earth, which was lead by Professor Eigil Friis-Christensen Director, Danish National Space Centre.
Astrophysicist Prof Nir Shaviv - Institute of Physics University of Jerusalem and Geologist Professor Van Velzer took a look at geological records going back 600 million years. They discovered that when cosmic rays went up, the temperature went down. When cosmic rays went down, the temperature went up. Clouds and the Earth’s climate are very closely linked. The clouds controlled the climate, and the clouds are controlled by the cosmic rays, and the sun-controlled the cosmic rays.
