Rebuilding America's Defenses
The Project For the New American Century (PNAC) is a Neoconservative "think tank" with members such as Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Jeb Bush, Lewis Libby & Paul Wolfowitz among others.
In 2000 they released a report outlining America's need to take over and control the resources of over 60 countries, to bring about Total US domination of the Globe.
On page 63, the Report mentions that "...the process of transformation even if it brings about revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastropic and catalyzing event - like a new Pearl Harbor..."
One year after many of the prominent PNAC members were given key positions on the Bush Administration, on September 11th 2001, America experienced its "New Pearl Harbor" and the PNAC plan was put into effect as the War against Terror when, predictably, Bush announced the need to squash "terrorism" in over 60 countries.
