The technology for this and surrounding the BioAPI does exist not to mention so much more.  The majority of people have no idea the extent of technological advances that are already not only in existence, but the powers that be have been testing the bio, nano and other emerging technological advances on us.. experimenting and beta testing them on us, the human lab rats , without our consent.  This has been going on for so long and most people have no idea.  

It is one of those things.... once you experience it, see it, grasp it and endure it, you can't un-know it and that is the truth.
